This website is operated under the professional name Jules Del Maffeo by Julien Del Mafféo. Questions about privacy or requests concerning your data can be sent to jules@peakhours.com.
2. What the site collects
When you join a list, the site records your email address, the page where you joined, your consent and the date. When you use the contact form, it records your name, email address, selected intention, message and, for company enquiries, any company or timing information you choose to provide.
The site does not ask for payment information, passwords, health records or eye images through these forms.
3. Why it is used
- To provide the Peak Hours reader tools and publication updates you requested.
- To answer book, speaking, coaching and programme enquiries.
- To maintain the security and reliable operation of the website.
4. Legal basis
List subscriptions are processed on the basis of your consent. Contact requests are processed to answer the steps you asked Jules to take and, where relevant, to prepare for a possible working relationship. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above.
5. Where data is stored
Form data is stored in the infrastructure used to host this website. Technical hosting and security providers may process the minimum data required to operate the service. Personal data is not sold.
6. Retention
Subscription details are retained until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Contact enquiries are reviewed periodically and deleted when they are no longer needed, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirement.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
8. Cookies and analytics
No advertising or behavioural tracking is intentionally configured on this version of the website. The hosting and security layer may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver and protect the site.
9. Changes
This notice will be updated when the legal operating structure, email provider or data practices change.
